About Police Application

David Vidgen - Our recruitment Director was one of only a handful of specialist police recruitment marketing co-ordinators in the Country. He has played an integral part in the recruitment of over 6,000 police employees in all types of roles. Since he launched policeapplication.co.uk in Oct 2006, he has successfully guided 90% of all candidates into a new police career.

He is widely respected in the service with some of his work winning National awards. He was regularly consulted on police recruitment and marketing by many of the UK forces and the Home Office. He has first-hand exceptional knowledge of the police officer and police community support officer recruitment processes, he is an experienced interviewer and fully understands how to demonstrate the competencies.
